Notice - An Individual Architect Registration is not enough! All Firms (Entities) are required to obtain a Certificate of Authorization (COA).

Individual Architect Surrender Form

If you are not renewing your Individual Architect registration, the rubber portion of your stamp and the "Architect Surrender Form" must be submitted to Dawne Broadfield via mail.
